In March 2009, I met with Steve LeQuire of Dumore Construction on building a house on my daughter and son-in-law’s property in Waimanalo.  After negotiating a very reasonable price, we agreed to have the house built.  The house was a prefab steel frame construction that was already available from Innovative Solutions.

The construction started almost immediately after the contract was signed and was completed in less than four months.  The professionalism and workmanship on the house was outstanding and the people working on the house were excellent.  The coordination provided by Steve and Toby was excellent.

Even the change orders were very reasonable.  The flooring, light and plumbing fixtures, entry and closet doors were of higher quality than I expected.

I am very happy and satisfied with the final product.  I would be happy to recommend Dumore Construction to anyone who is interested in remodeling or constructing a home.
